Shading Practice

My 1st, 2nd, and 3rd attempts at shading. Procrastinated learning 2D art and shading for a long time. The great thing about 2D versus 3D art is that 2D art is less costly. It's nice to sketch out an idea and spend some time doing basic shading, without having to invest time and brain power into producing a much more "all-encompassing" 3D model. Keeping the idea concrete, yet also abstract enough to be finalized down the pipeline. TL;DR - Pre-production exists for a reason.
